Shipping policy
Delivery
Delivery is carried out via Pošta Slovenije and/or other courier services, depending on availability and the delivery option displayed during checkout.
Delivery costs, available delivery methods, and any conditions for free delivery are displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.
Shipping and packaging costs are borne by the consumer, except in the following cases:

for individual products where the description includes a note such as “shipping included in the price” or “free delivery”;

if the consumer’s order exceeds a purchase amount of 30 € including VAT for Slovenia-based delivery or 50 € including VAT for EU Mainland-based delivery (list of countries below);

when a time-limited promotional campaign “free delivery/shipping” is in progress;
-
where the Website/checkout explicitly displays that delivery is free based on the basket total or destination.

if otherwise agreed in advance between the consumer and the Provider.
Delivery times shown on the Website or during checkout are estimates only and may vary due to carrier operations, public holidays, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

Europe: 3-7 days
